Assistant Vice-President- Sales

Purpose of this position:

This position will work closely with the Management and Sales Head. As an AVP of Sales, you have to manage staff, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Key Responsibility Area

  1. Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
  2. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  3. Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.

  5. Bring out the best of branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.

  8. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.

Sales Manager
  1. Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution and deal.
  2. Serve as a representative for clients from start to end of the transaction closing.
  3. Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, Craig’s list, and other forms of media.
  4. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  5. Maintain a highly disciplined schedule for balancing key activities including prospecting, customer appointments, follow-up, and administrative details.
  6. Fully utilize online technology resources to maintain high visibility with prospects and customer base.
  7. Establish and maintain good relations with all clients.
  8. Promote different properties using marketing tools to attract customers including print, electronic and personal interaction.
  9. Research the market regularly to generate lists of properties for prospective clients.
  10. Provide administrative support to clients to ensure a smooth Real Estate transaction.
  11. Market properties through advertisements, open houses, cold calling, networking, using various internet marketing tools, and community outreach.
  12. Participate in the company’s sales strategy.

Requirements:

  1. Any Graduate or MBA in sales and marketing.
  2. Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
  3. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar field or capacity.

Assistant Sales Manager
  1. Converting prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which match the need of the prospects.
  2. Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
  3. Use leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generating self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities incorporates, clubs, etc).
  4. Plan approaches and pitches. In some cases, Cold calls for sales of Primary properties.
  5. Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, and liaising with Developer or Developer Relations Team for any clarification required for that.
  6. To be compliant with the operations process.
  7. Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction
  8. Participate in the Negotiation meeting with Buyers & Builders.
  9. Providing after-sales services and assisting in Home Loans for customers.
  10. Achieving written down sales targets by the organization.
  11. Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.

Requirements:

  1. Any Graduate or MBA in sales and marketing.
  2. Positive attitude for doing many meetings each day, for meeting new people, and for someone who enjoys doing sales.

Closing Manager
  1. Managing and converting walk-ins to closures; collections of Overall Capitalization Rate (OCR) and home loan Disbursement.
  2. Attending walk-ins and Closing deals along with proper follow-ups.
  3. Designing monthly and quarterly sales plans for the respective site regularly.
  4. Developing Sales strategies and visualizing the sales targets till the accomplishment.
  5. Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and making sure of closing them.
  6. Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets.
  7. Giving inputs on daily Marketing campaigns and new launches.
  8. Managing and up keeping of site in a proper manner.
  9. Achieving the set targets given by management before the deadlines.
  10. Responsible for monthly offers and creative payment plans.
  11. Building good customer relationships and generating reference clients to boost sales.
  12. Maintaining proper records of the visited clients, who will assist in performance analysis of the site and conduct appropriate reviews.

Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Digital Marketing Specialist is part of the marketing team and will work with regional marketing to launch campaigns on time, and within budget with strict adherence to Key performance indicators.

  1. Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. microsites, websites, and social media) to ensure brand consistency
  2. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  3. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  4. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and discovery advertising campaigns

Pre-sales Executive
  1. Tele-calling outbound using scripts to contact both existing and prospective consumers.
